Maintaining health in today’s time is a task in itself with sedentary lifestyle, adulterated food items and pollution all around us. Some of the effects of modern lifestyle are as follows:

Recreation always brings in a gust of freshness to life. Go for outings, trips or other activities that you enjoy to give a rest to your body and mind.
